Thank you for letting us be a part of your student’s special day!

A Bid Day package is a great way to show your daughter, granddaughter, niece, or friend that you are celebrating with them! Recruitment begins on August 8th and Bid Day is on Saturday, August 15th.

 

Wrapsody offers two Bid Day Gift options: Pre-Built Bid Day Packages ranging from $50-$150 and a large selection of A-La-Carte items to build-your-own package or utilize as add-ons to Pre-Built Packages. Simply follow the interactive ordering form to select your preference!

 When ordering a Bid Day package, please know that you are ordering a generic package since we do not know your student's sorority until the morning of Bid Day. The package your student receives on Bid Day will be filled with the items of the correct sorority.  

Important Reminders:

Orders must be placed by 2PM cst on Friday 8/14 to ensure availability for pick-up Bid Day weekend. All orders placed AFTER this deadline may not be available for weekend pick-up and can only be guaranteed for pick-up on Monday 8/17. 

Due to Auburn University's COVID-19 precautions, we are not able to provide on-campus pickup or delivery options. All packages must be picked up at the store. See "Step 4" below for more information.

In the early morning hours of August 15th, Wrapsody will receive the bid list, and will begin stuffing boxes. 

Step 4:

You (or your student - depending on choice made during ordering) will be notified the Bid Day surprise is ready for pickup. We are unable to provide on-campus pickup & delivery options due to Auburn University's COVID-19 precautions.

Pickup will be at the store located at 112 N. College St. in Downtown Auburn. Store pickup time slots will be organized by last name. To ensure proper social distancing and to limit crowds, pickup times will be spread across Saturday, 8/15, after bids are received, and Sunday, 8/16. All packages not picked up during the allotted time slots on Saturday, 8/15 and Sunday, 8/16 can be picked up any day thereafter until Friday, 8/21.

Please bring photo ID for pickup.

What is a Bid Day Gift? 
A Bid Day Gift is a special surprise sent to any girl who is participating in recruitment at Auburn University. You can buy her a Bid Day Gift to be picked up on campus on Bid Day! We have packages ranging from $50-$150 full of great gifts. She will be so excited to be decked out in her new letters within hours of joining her new sorority! 

How do I order a Bid Day Gift?
Easy! All orders can be placed online at the link here and following the steps! Don't forget to include all of your information when checking out so that we can reach you or the student receiving the gift on Bid Day!

When will be card be charged?
Your card will be charged once your check out process is complete. You will automatically receive a confirmation email. 

What does the package look like?
This year, our packages will be in white boxes with a bow that coordinates with the sorority color!

What if a student does not receive a bid or chooses not to accept a bid?
If for some reason your rushee decides to not pledge a sorority, your card will be refunded within 10 business days after Bid Day. This is an automatic process, so no need to notify us. If you do not receive your refund within 10 business days, please call us at 334-887-7447

What if my student needs to exchange an item in a Bid Day package?
If the wrong size is ordered, the student will have until September 8th to exchange the item. All packages must be picked up by Friday, August 21st.

When will my student’s package be available for pickup?
Bid Day orders must be placed by 2PM CST, Friday, 8/14/20 to ensure availability for store pick-up on Bid Day weekend. After bids are issued, a text and email will go out to the recipient notifying them of the gift and what time they are able to pick-up!

What if you run out of an item?
If we happen to run out of an item, we provide the student with a gift certificate for that particular item. She will be called immediately once we receive the out of stock item, typically within 2-3 weeks.

How do you know which sorority she joined?
We receive the list in the early morning hours of Bid Day. Please know that even though you are ordering a generic Bid Day package, we will fill your student’s package with the correct sorority items!

When should I order?
Now! No really, the sooner the better, for sure.
